The causative agent of EMS is a bacterium. More specifically a pathogenic Vibrio belonging to the Harveyi clade which is presumed to be Vibrio parahaemolyticus.

Each tube contains an enrichment broth for EMS. Place prawn faecal matter into the tube and post back to the lab.
